How It Works
Muurly uses print-on-demand production. When you place an order, your artwork is printed fresh at a facility near you, then shipped directly to your door. This means:

- Fresh, high-quality prints every time
Delivery Times
European Union
5-10 business days from order placement. Printed at our EU facility for faster delivery and no customs fees.
United States & Canada
7-14 business days. Printed locally in North America.
Rest of World
Up to 3 weeks depending on destination. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can follow your package from production to delivery. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Returns Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Because each print is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This is in accordance with EU consumer law exceptions for custom-made products.
Quality Issues
We stand behind our quality 100%. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution
In most cases, we will send a replacement at no charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
Changing or Canceling Orders
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
