Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using muurly.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products & Ordering

Muurly sells art prints produced on demand. Each product is created specifically for you after ordering.

Product images are representative; minor variations may occur
Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and print materials
Sizes and specifications are listed on each product page
Prices include VAT for EU customers
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, iDEAL, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location. See our Shipping & Returns page for details. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Consumer Rights & Withdrawal

Custom Products Exception

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)), the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized. As print-on-demand products, our items are produced specifically for each order.

Quality Guarantee

Despite the custom nature of our products, we stand behind their quality. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund. See our Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork on Muurly is created by independent artists who retain copyright over their work. When you purchase a print:

You receive a physical product for personal, non-commercial use
Copyright remains with the original artist
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork
Commercial use requires separate licensing from the artist

The Muurly name, logo, and website content are owned by vanYperen.com and may not be used without permission.

Liability Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:

Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Loss of profit or anticipated savings
Delays outside our control (shipping carriers, customs)
Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will work to resolve any issues promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
